Resident Evil 6 adalah serial terbaru dari game Resident Evil. Game ini menceritakan tentang C-Virus yang menyebar kembali setelah dikira lenyap bersama kota Raccoon yang dihancurkan dimana C-Virus berasal. Virus itu pun menyerang negara Amerika, China dan terus menyebar. Para tokoh dari serial sebelumnya seperti Leon, Chris, Sherry, Ada Wong akan kembali tampil di game ini.
